The third phase of the Project begins!

The implementing of the focus groups was performed successfully and the eLearning Definition project team began analysis of collected information. At the same time, the questionnaire is being prepared that will be sent to experts, in the framework of the Delphi technique. Before its application, this questionnaire will be sent to experts in research methods to be validated.
